I have been in this industry for about 6 years and been in multiple different shops and I can honestly say this shop is one of the top shops I have ever been to. The branch manager Mike Pressley was very friendly and made me feel so comfortable. Both techs were also so nice and helpful. The shop was the cleanest and most organized shop I have been in. I would highly recommend anyone to bring their business here.

Our company has been using Iron Maintenance for a few months now. This has been a really positive experience thus far. 100 times better than previous company we were using. I have personally been there with my truck 4 times. I have been very pleased with their work quality. The speed of repair and personal attention they give customers is exceptional. I also think Annette is a real asset to the Iron Maintenance business model. It’s very nice to interact with someone so focused on customer service. I definitely recommend Iron Maintenance.

W900L! Wonderful people, and great expirenece here at Iron maintenence. Fast honest work, and they will go through your truck with a fine tooth comb during inspection, and make sure you are fixed up correctly. Knowing your truck is in good hands is a relief on the mind, so your worries are turned towards your next load, and getting back on the road. Do not hesitate to drive on in, and give them a chance. You will not be upset! Timely service along with great technicians doing the work. Usually not too busy so you can be done and gone before anywhere else would even be able to get you in the bay door. Help them help you😉

We 100% recommend Iron Maintenance Laredo facility, they are an amazing team of people! Starting with Rosa, to Tom the shop foreman to Enrique one of the technicians and all the other techs I have worked directly with. They work hard on everything from a PM to brakes, alignments to electrical, as well as computer diagnostics. They take pride in their work to make sure your equipment is repaired quickly and efficiently and at reasonable prices. One thing in particular they do is a very thorough 12 point inspection on the vehicle they are working on. I am the equipment manager for a small trucking company based out of Michigan, they have saved us on quite a few occasions by finding things and addressing them while the truck is with them. They ALWAYS go the extra mile to help us out! They have gone as far as staying after hours to finish up our truck to get it rolling, when most shops would have closed and went home and finished the next day. We truly appreciate their hard work and dedication to the industry by how they take care of us! I wish I could give them 10 stars as 5 are not enough!! I highly recommend Iron Maintenance for your service needs! Stop in and see Rosa or Tom they will always do their best to get you rolling fast!! Thank you again Iron Maintenance team!!

Anett is the most helpful and courteous service advisor I have ever met. She went above and beyond to get me back on the road quickly. Twice she went to pick up parts rather than waiting for delivery. Rates are very reasonable and service was outstanding. Definitely will be my go to shop whenever I'm on Laredo. Thanks again.

I had a coolant leak when I pulled into this shop. The mechanics and staff were very polite and went above and beyond, also did a pm and got a free dot inspection their price and service was nothing less of extraordinary. I will definitely be going there again. I will definitely use them as my go to shop.
