I have been in this industry for about 6 years and been in multiple different shops and I can honestly say this shop is one of the top shops I have ever been to. The branch manager Mike Pressley was very friendly and made me feel so comfortable. Both techs were also so nice and helpful. The shop was the cleanest and most organized shop I have been in. I would highly recommend anyone to bring their business here.

I had an awesome experience at Iron Maintenance. Michelle demonstrated excellent customer service with Integrity . The folks at Iron Maintenance properly and honestly diagnose the issue with our truck… another diesel mechanic shop not far away tried to tell us that all are axels were bad. Iron Maintenance professionally diagnostics revealed we only had leaking seals our bill was a few hundred vrs a few thousand.Truck is running awesome. Thank you Michelle we look forward to doing business with you in the future .

I’m one who rarely posts comments regarding truck repairs or vehicle repairs in general but I thought I would take the time to post a review on behalf of Iron Planet. As life as we know is changing at a rapid rate so does everything we take for granted. Every shop in the portland oregon metro area is a minimum of 3 weeks just to look at my truck and that’s just for diagnostic purposes. So here I am faced with broken down truck can’t rent a truck thanks to Amazon. Ups.Fed-Ex. And the larger trucking companies taking precedence over the small companies such as myself I reached out to Michelle at Iron Planet with the notion that I would get the same response as with everyone prior to calling her 3 weeks at best . Well to my surprise she said get the truck to us and I will at least get it diagnosed for you. Not only did she diagnose the problem but they fixed the problem and had me back in business that same day. I know there are a lot of distribution company’s small trucking companies who are faced with the same issues that I am faced with daily.
